Our testing facilities are equipped with two Anritsu Network Analyzers, enabling us to perform testing and tuning up to 70GHz. Rigorous testing is a crucial component of our commitment to quality, ensuring our products perform reliably in even the most demanding of conditions.
Further enhancing the functionality and aesthetics of our products we offer a variety of surface finish options including tin, nickel, electroless nickel, copper, chrome, cadmium, and gold and silver plating. Additionally we provide masking and anodizing Type I, II & III, chem film/alodine, and chemical and laser etching. To finish our products, we can apply both Non-ESD and ESD coatings, adhesive bonding primers, and solid film lubricants.
Complementing our core competencies, we also offer a range of additional processes to meet varied client requirements. Our capabilities include 4 & 5 axis milling, TIG and laser welding, dip brazing of complex machined components, heat treating and hardness testing. In the realm of soldering, we offer both resistance and induction methods.
