Our History
Founded in 2017, Advanced Waveguide Technologies Inc. set out to be the most trusted and reliable name in waveguides. From our humble beginnings as a small startup, we have grown to become a global leader in waveguide manufacturing. We specialize in providing our customers with a place where they can order all of their waveguide assembly sizes from WR19 to WR340, in full height, half height and quarter height sizes. We have industry leading reduced lead times, an on-time delivery rating of 99.8% and an on quality delivery rating of 99.9%.
Our CEO
Spearheading our organization is our esteemed CEO, Garrett Biele. Boasting an impressive 28 years of expertise within the Space Heritage sector, his leadership is a testament to our commitment to professional excellence. Between 2000 and 2015, Mr. Biele held the crucial position of Chief Operating Officer at the world's largest waveguide manufacturing company. His extensive knowledge and experience are invaluable assets, driving Advanced Waveguide Technolgies success and defining our strategic direction.
Our Team
We are an experienced team that is focused on producing and delivering space qualified flight waveguides to customers. With expertise in engineering, design, and manufacturing, we are uniquely positioned to tackle even the most complex challenges. Our workforce is the backbone of AWT, each employee uniquely skilled and exceptionally competent with an average of over 10 years of industry experience in the waveguide sector. Our team's experience allows us to be agile and customer service oriented without sacrificing the on-time delivery or quality of our delivered products. This rich tapestry of knowledge and proficiency ensures we maintain our status as leaders in our field and continue to deliver the top-tier services our clients have come to expect.
Our Facility
We proudly operate state-of-the-art facilities, each contributing unique specializations to our overall operations. The first of these facilities is primarily devoted to the production of space-qualified flight waveguides. Our expert teams employ traditional manufacturing techniques, honed over years of industry practice, ensuring our products consistently meet the rigorous standards required for space-bound applications. In 2020, we further expanded our operational scope with the establishment of a second facility. This modern facility stands at the forefront of innovation, specializing in Additive Manufacturing - a cutting-edge process transforming the industry landscape. Furthermore, it is our center for payload design and analysis, supporting the development and deployment of spacecraft payloads. The collaboration between these two facilities enables us to deliver comprehensive, top-tier solutions to our clients, from traditional waveguide manufacturing to contemporary design and analysis.
